Brand Experiences

PACCAR Experience Center

The PACCAR Experience Center is the premier customer centric technology center  that highlights all aspects of the PACCAR band.  The experience includes digital touchscreen's that allow users to interact with PACCAR locations, history, and customer support technologies.  The highlight of the display is an interactive building model that allows users to select different locations and technologies that are utilized within a parts distribution center.

My role in developing the experience was working hand-in-hand with our partner agencies.  This involved asset collection, user experience, creative direction and implementation and support.

Peterbilt Experience - Denton, Texas

The well respected and legendary Peterbilt brand is a favorite with in the trucking industry.  To help support customers and provide an overview of PACCAR Parts programs, technologies and product mix a digital interactive touchscreen and product   display was implemented.

The touchscreen display was developed using the latest digital signage technology.  This allows for remote control and easy updates.  All art and designs were built to emulate the Peterbilt brand style.

TRP Store Experience - Renton, WA

In 1994 PACCAR Parts introduced to the heavy-duty truck market a new high-quality aftermarket parts brand called TRP.  The TRP brand started in Europe and did not expand worldwide until 2007 to become a global leader in trusted, reliable and proven aftermarkets parts.  As part of the brand expansion strategy was to create new TRP Store locations in markets that could not only sustain but take away market share from PACCAR competitors.

The development of the touchscreen display above was to provide visitors and employees an interactive experience to explore TRP store locations worldwide.  Working hand in hand with developer Tengun to develop the experience users can easily select locations by expanding and map and selecting pins.  When locations are selected additional location information appears on the left side of the screen to include a store image, address, and any additional data that is in the CMS on the location selected.  The location data is fed into the system from the same content management system that the PACCAR Experiences utilizes.
