Friendship Village -
Collateral Campaign

The Friendship Village collateral campaign consisted of several elements that concentrated on the amenities and benefits that a retiring adult can experience at the Schaumburg, IL location.  The target audience consisted of retiring adults and their family members that were looking for a mid to high luxury retirement community.

The campaign collateral elements consisted of two, 16-page pamphlets that highlighted the features and benefits of two of the communities, a brochure that focused on the most popular home layouts, and a unique carrier to contain the pamphlets and the brochure.  Another aspect of this campaign was a direct mail piece that was created as a follow up item to outline key benefits and also provide a call to action discount incentive to increase response rates.

The look and feel that was accomplished with the design was of a sophisticated, energetic and friendly lifestyle.  The concept behind the imagery through out the campaign was to feature happy retired adults enjoying not only the amenities but also their fellow retirees. The color palette evokes a playful sophistication with a more modern look.   

 

 

Pacific Royale -
Comprehensive Campaign

The Pacific Royale comprehensive campaign was targeted at perspective upper income people that wanted to experience luxury living in the exclusive South Lake Union area.   Pacific Royale is a newly built apartment building that showcases amazing views of Downtown Seattle and the surrounding area.

The campaign consisted of a new brand logo, a twelve page amenities pamphlet, a multi-page folder, and a responsive website. 

The luxury, sophistication, and architecture of the building are carried through out the branding, print collateral and digital assets.  Cool tones were used to evoke the closeness to the water and the breathtaking views.  The images used through out the campaign show off the incredible amenities and exclusiveness of the apartment homes.
