ARF - David Ogilvy Awards
In Nov. 2018 PACCAR Parts Digital Marketing team created an ad-hoc email campaign to increase awareness and sales with a focus on end of year purchasing. The campaign included personalized emails based off of past loyalty interactions and landing pages that highlight strategic loyalty offers. The campaign was a huge success and drove an increase in sales and loyalty offer redemption’s. This campaign was submitted for review to the Advertising Research Foundation and subsequently won Silver in the Business-to-Business category.
